本刊一九八二年第一期及第三期发表了肖怀远同志《西藏地方货币史初探》及《半殖民地时期的西藏地方货币》之后,在我国经济学界引起了很大的反响。现在作者已将此文汇编成书,并由民族出版社出版发行。我国著名的经济学家千家驹先生为该书写了序言、专门研究中国货币史的张虎婴同志写了书评,他们称这本书为“不可多得的一部研究西藏地区货币的著作”“不仅填补了我国研究西藏货币史的一个空白,而且对西藏地区经济史的了解,也有重大的意义,丰富了我国货币史的内容”,是“第一部纵横古今的西藏地方货币史的著作”。现将《序言》及书评全文刊登于后。我们希望有更多的同志都来研究西藏经济的历史和现状,为西藏地区的经济建设贡献力量。
In the first and third issues of 1982, Comrade Xiao Huiyuan published his first book on the history of local currency in Tibet and the local currency in Tibet during the semi-colonial period, which aroused great repercussions in the field of economics in our country.
