湖北省江陵县白鹭湖渔场于1976年至1987年,经过生产性试验将绿肥与化肥相间层压配合使用,解决了以往由于单独使用绿肥而形成的“黑水”现象。该场共有养殖面积1500亩,每年种植绿肥面积675亩,成鱼养殖每年亩平均使用量810公斤,绿肥以蚕豆梗和菜籽梗为主。在进行本试验前,绿肥的使用采取一般单层沤法。但是,由于绿肥品种单一,又没有进行任何预处理,往往会出现池水变黑,呈现所谓臭清水。根据水质分析,在沤肥过程中,氮磷比不协调,池水呈酸性(淤泥腐殖质较多)。肥效未充分得到发挥,不能培养对养殖成鱼有效利用的浮游生物。因此既浪费了相当数量的有
