中国的飞速发展,使得中国已经开始踏上了一条对外直接投资的道路。目前,中国的跨国兼并和收购行动非常适度,有一个很好的战略性的开端。五年内,中国的跨国兼并和收购必将更加快速的发展,中国企业“走出去”是大势所趋。
China’s rapid development has enabled China to embark on a road of outward direct investment. At present, China’s cross-border mergers and acquisitions have been very modest and have a very good strategic start. Within five years, China’s transnational mergers and acquisitions will surely develop more rapidly. It is the general trend for Chinese enterprises to “go global”.
