几年来,吉林省农安县前岗乡初级中学秉承“为学校可持续发展创造条件,为学生终身发展奠定基础”的办学理念,积极落实县教育局工作要点,形成了以“自主教育”为特色的内涵式发展体系,构建了“先学后教,以学定教”为框架的英语高效课堂教学模式,通过教师预留自主学习卡,引领学生共同探究解疑,培养学生主动思考,让学生的自主学习能力得到全面发展与有效提升。
