借助热天平与红外光谱仪联用仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜分析手段研究柠檬酸铅Pb_3(C_6H_5O_7)_2·3H_2O的热分解过程和产物。结果表明:柠檬酸铅Pb_3(C_6H_5O_7)_2·3H_2O的热分解过程分水分脱除、无水物分解和燃烧3个阶段;结晶水在无水物分解阶段散失,温度达到100~200℃时产生部分有机物,超过此温度时产物主要是CO2,最终产物为氧化铅与金属铅;柠檬酸铅在空气中分解受焙烧温度影响较为显著,柠檬酸铅前驱物Pb_3(C_6H_5O_7)_2·3H_2O低温焙烧时产物的主要成分是α-PbO、β-PbO与金属铅,高温焙烧时产物主要成分是β-PbO。
The pyrolysis process and product of lead citrate Pb_3 (C_6H_5O_7) _2 · 3H_2O were studied by thermogravimetry and infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the thermal decomposition process of lead citrate Pb_3 (C_6H_5O_7) _2 · 3H_2O was divided into three stages, that is, water decomposition and combustion. The water of crystallization disappeared in the decomposing stage of anhydrous matter, and the temperature reached 100 ~ 200 ℃. Some organic matter above which the product is mainly CO2, and the final product is lead oxide and metallic lead; the decomposition of lead citrate in air is affected more significantly by the calcination temperature; the lead citrate precursor Pb_3 (C_6H_5O_7) _2 · 3H_2O is roasted at low temperature The main components of the product are α-PbO, β-PbO and metallic lead. The main component of the product is β-PbO when calcined at high temperature.
