目前随着我国市场经济的快速发展和经济体制改革的逐渐深入,我国国库支付制度发生了重大改革。各大高校作为人才培养的重要基地,承担着人才培养的重要责任。高校的国库管理制度改革是现代国库支付制度改革的重要组成部分,主要研究高校国库集中支付制度,突出现实意义的重要性。本篇文章首先说明了高校实行国库集中支付的意义,阐述高校国库集中支付制度的重要性。随后,对我国高校集中支付现状进行了简单的说明,并指出目前存在的问题,指出应采用的相关措施和重要建议。
At present, with the rapid development of China’s market economy and the gradual deepening of the reform of the economic system, the treasury payment system in our country has undergone major reforms. Major colleges and universities as an important base for personnel training, bear the important responsibility of personnel training. The reform of treasury management system in colleges and universities is an important part of the reform of the modern treasury payment system. It mainly studies the centralized treasury payment system in colleges and universities and highlights the importance of practical significance. This article first explains the significance of the treasury centralized payment in colleges and universities, and expounds the importance of the treasury centralized payment system in colleges and universities. Afterwards, it gives a brief account of the status quo of centralized payment in Chinese universities and points out the existing problems and points out the relevant measures and important suggestions that should be adopted.
