当今市场竞争环境越来越强调企业内外部的环境的统一以及内部环境的协调运作。而传统的业绩管理系统却存在着过于封闭、忽略外部环境、各部门之间强调竞争性,忽略协同合作等缺陷。相反,自然生态系统则具备传统业绩管理系统所不具备的优点。本文基于深受产能过剩困扰的Z集团业绩管理现状,分析了Z集团业绩管理存在的一些问题,并创新性地引入了企业生态的概念,重塑Z集团的业绩管理系统。
The competitive environment in the market today increasingly emphasizes the unification of the environment inside and outside the enterprise and the coordinated operation of the internal environment. However, the traditional performance management system has the defects of being too closed, ignoring the external environment, emphasizing competitiveness among various departments and neglecting cooperation. In contrast, natural ecosystems have the advantages that traditional performance management systems do not have. Based on the performance management status of Z Group, which is plagued by overcapacity, this paper analyzes some problems existing in performance management of Z Group and introduces the concept of business ecology innovatively to reshape Z Group performance management system.
