多年来我院临床用掌叶半夏(Pinellia pedatise-cta Schott)治疗早期宫颈癌取得明显效果。1975年11月我们从掌叶半夏抗子宫颈癌有效的醇溶醚溶部分中,分离出β-谷甾醇。后用浙江省嘉善油脂化工厂、上海油脂五厂和上海粮食科学研究所提供的β-谷甾醇为原料制成抗宫颈癌乙号栓。以后又将β-谷甾醇进行化学处理制成抗宫颈癌丙号栓,用于临床治疗早期宫颈癌,取得明显效果。现将β-谷甾醇乙号栓及β-谷甾醇丙号栓的制法简介如下。β-谷甾醇为白色鳞片状、针状晶体或白色结晶
For many years, our institute has used Pinellia pedatise-cta Schott to treat early cervical cancer. In November 1975, we isolated β-sitosterol from the effective alcohol-soluble ether-soluble fractions of Prunella vulgaris against cervical cancer. After the use of β-sitosterol supplied by Jiashan Grease Chemical Factory in Zhejiang Province, Shanghai No. 5 Factory of Oils and Fats, and Shanghai Food Science Institute, the anti-cervix cancer sphingoi bolt was made. In the future, β-sitosterol was chemically treated to make anti-cervix cancer thrombus. It was used for the clinical treatment of early cervical cancer and achieved significant results.
