In order to prevent employee training finished leaving, the company decided to sign a training agreement with all employees. However, as soon as the regulations were set out, employees exploded and they thought the training of the company would not help its own work but would have an impact on the normal progress of work. On the one hand, employees refused to sign the training agreement, while the chairman of the board hard requirements. Why training becomes a burden?
