目的 为进一步提高尿瘘修补成功率。方法 对尿道下裂术后尿瘘 ,根据其瘘口大小 ,分别采用不同术式进行修补。结果 尿瘘瘘口大的修补较小的尿瘘修补成功率低 ,术后出现尿瘘时即进行修补的成功率较术后半年再进行修补的成功率低。结论 要提高尿瘘修补成功率 ,修补时间应选择到尿瘘发生半年后为佳 ,并根据瘘口大小选择术式。
The purpose is to further improve the success rate of urinary fistula repair. Methods The urethral fistula after hypospadias operation was repaired by different surgical procedures according to the size of its fistula. Results The fistula of urinary fistula large repairs smaller urinary fistula repair success rate is low, postoperative urinary fistula that is repaired when the success rate than six months after the repair and then the success rate is low. Conclusion To improve the success rate of urinary fistula repair, repair time should be chosen to urinary fistula after six months is better, and according to the size of the fistula surgery.
