1992年3月至2002年5月,我们对82例行开放性前列腺摘除术后出现不稳定膀胱的患者联合应用异搏停、泌尿灵、普鲁苯辛进行治疗,通过临床观察效果良好,现将结果报告如下.1 临床资料本组82例,年龄52～85岁,平均68岁.行耻骨上前列腺摘除50例,耻骨后前列腺摘除32例,摘除前列腺组织36～86g.前列腺以中叶增生突向膀胱为主53例,双侧叶增生为主29例.术后放置Folley三腔气囊导尿管,55例行耻骨上膀胱造瘘.术后常规进行膀胱低压冲洗、抗炎、镇痛和应用止血药物.本组82例术后出现不稳定膀胱,其中轻度6
