今年12月8日是国务院机关事务管理局建局60周年纪念日。60年来,国管局领导换了一届又一届,他们承前启后,继往开来,坚决贯彻落实党中央、国务院的指示要求,积极带领全局党员干部和广大职工,始终保持和发扬艰苦创业、开拓进取、无私奉献的精神,全力做好管理、保障、服务工作,不断开创机关事务工作新局面。在纪念国管局建局60周年之际,我们更加敬仰那些曾经带领全局干部职工艰苦奋斗,铸就辉煌,先后离退休(有的已经去世)、退居二线的老领导们。他们是:政务院副秘书长兼国管局党组书记齐燕铭;局长余心清、刘墉如、高登榜、李梦夫、袁晋修、常捷、郭济等;副局长辛志超、周子健、张效曾、孟昭亮、廖寒飞、申伯纯、犹凤歧、李向甫、梁隆泰、刘冀平、方荣欣、高富有、刘剑、董俊峰、王致中、侯春怀、王荣、谢邦选、王之义、马健、季达、汪志敏、张国良、夏杰、冯兰明、田玉安、刘广振、董述伟、曹剑峰、鲍先广、赵文海、唐树杰等。在此,我们向他们表示衷心的感谢、祝福。为此,本刊特邀11位老领导对国管局建局60周年发表感言。他们的话语鞭策感人,寄托了期望,是一份份宝贵的精神财富。
December 8 this year is the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Authority by the State Council Bureau of Affairs.
