主要介绍某新颖的双贝壳连体类自由曲面网格结构的初步设计方案.方案设计表明,参考自然海贝的纹理特征布置网格可以较好地发挥壳体的力学特点.单层曲面网格结构在屋面附加恒荷载较大,矢跨比1/3情况下依然受稳定性控制.这是由于贝壳类单层自由曲面网格结构曲面外和曲面内刚度差别较大,曲面外的屈曲承载能力往往成为结构设计的主要控制因素.为改善单层自由曲面网格结构的整体和局部空间刚度,体系构成尤为重要,以实现更为安全、经济和合理的空间结构体系.本文针对贝壳类单层曲面网格结构的体系选型、设计方法及力学性能进行了简要讨论.
This paper mainly introduces the preliminary design scheme of a novel double shell conformal free-form mesh structure.The scheme design shows that the mechanical characteristics of the shell can be well exerted by referring to the texture feature of the natural shellfish. The structure has a large additional constant load on the roof, and is still subject to stability control when the ratio of sag to span is 1/3, which is due to the large difference in the stiffness between the surface of the shell and the curved surface of the single-layer free- Ability is often the main controlling factor of structural design.To improve the global and local stiffness of single-layer free-form mesh structure, the system structure is particularly important in order to achieve a more secure, economical and reasonable spatial structure system.In this paper, The system selection, design method and mechanical properties of the layered surface grid structure are briefly discussed.
