(考察小记)去年11月和今年3月,中国施工企业管理协会两次组织赴日考察团,考察了日本建设业情况及一些骨干企业。关于第一次考察在本刊第三期上,廖运臣同志的文章“考察日本竹中工务店简介”作了专题介绍。吴景信同志这篇文章是第二次考察后的观感,重点介绍了日本能率协会(JMA)和日本科学技术联盟(JUSE)两大社团,在推进日本企业管理现代化进程中所做的大量工作,发挥的重要作用,以及竹中、大成、清水等日本建设业,在推行全面质量管理,重视科技开发,特别是做好人的工作等方面的经验。这对我们搞活施工企业,加速实现管理现代化会有所帮助,同时对如何进一步开展协会工作,发挥协会的优势亦将有所启发。
(Study Notes) In November of last year and March of this year, the China Construction Enterprise Management Association organized two trips to Japan to inspect the Japanese construction industry and some key enterprises. About the first visit In the third issue of the journal, a presentation was made by Comrade Liao Yunchen’s article “Inspecting the Introduction of Japan’s Chukyeong Public Works Store”. Comrade Wu Jingxin’s article was the second impression of the post-examination visit. It focused on the two major organizations of the Japanese Energy Association (JMA) and the Japan Science and Technology Alliance (Juse), and has done a lot of work in advancing the modernization of Japanese business management. The important role played, as well as the Japanese construction industry, such as Takenaka, Daesung, and Shimizu, is to implement overall quality management, attach importance to scientific and technological development, and in particular, do a good job in people’s work. This will help us to invigorate construction companies and accelerate the modernization of management. At the same time, it will also provide inspiration for how to further carry out the work of the association and give full play to its advantages.
