今年国家分配给我省的基本建设任务在全体基本建设职工的积极努力下已基本上完成了。目前除矿井建设工程、地质勘探工程和部分重点建设工程正在进行冬季施工外,大多数建筑企业的基层干部和特种技术工人将要开始冬季训练。这是一件非常重要的工作,全省各地区、各建筑企业党的组织和行政领导干部必须认真做好冬季训练工作。作好今年的冬季训练工作,对保证完成国家第一个五年计划的建设任务是有着特别重要的意义的。这是因为一九五五年是实现国家第一个五年计划最关紧要的一年,在这个年度中国家的基本建设任务有很大增加,许多规模宏大、技术复杂的重点建设工程要开始施工。目前已初步下达的基本建设任务表明:一九五五年我省将有不少重点建设 This year, the basic task assigned to our province by the state has been basically completed with the active efforts of all capital construction workers.
