耐候导静电防腐涂料研究

近年来,人们相继开发研制了不同类型的导静电防腐涂料,用于油罐内壁防腐,但适用于浮顶油罐内壁的品种却很少。浮顶油罐浮盘以上部位的罐壁,由于受阳光直射,所采用的涂料不仅要求有优良的导静电能力和耐蚀性能,还应具有良好的耐候性能。介绍了丙烯酸耐候导静电防腐涂料,它以复合型导电涂料为研究方向,选用丙烯酸多元共聚树脂作为主要成膜物质,配以不同炭系材料组成复合导电体系。通过对涂有该涂料的试件进行性能试验以及与其他涂料的比较,各项指标显示出这种涂料具有优良的耐候性、耐油性、耐水性和物理力学性能,特别适用于浮顶油罐的内壁防腐。 In recent years, people have successively developed and developed different types of antistatic anticorrosive coatings for anticorrosion of the inner wall of the tank, but few are suitable for the inner wall of the floating tank. Acrylic acid multi-component copolymerization resin is chosen as the main film-forming material, which is composed of different carbon materials to form the composite conductive system. Through the performance test on the test piece coated with the paint and comparison with other paint, the indexes show that the paint has excellent weatherability, oil resistance, water resistance and physical and mechanical properties, and is particularly suitable for a floating oil tank The inner wall of the anti-corrosion.
