曲伐沙星等十二种抗菌药物采用体外抑菌试验、杀菌试验、杀菌曲线及对MIC测定的影响因素方法,在1,045株临床分离致病菌中进行了体外抗菌作用的观察,结果表明 :其抗革兰阴性杆菌作用与环丙沙星或氧氟沙星相当 ,对革兰阳性球菌作用明显优于所测定的其他喹诺酮类抗菌药和β-内酰胺类抗生素 ,对厌氧菌也明显优于环丙沙星、司巴沙星与抗厌氧菌抗生素头孢西丁和克林霉素。曲伐沙星有强大的杀菌作用 ,特别对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌作用明显优于所测定的三种氟喹诺酮类抗菌药。细菌接种量104~107 CFU·ml-1 对曲伐沙星MIC值无明显影响。培养基pH值在pH6.0~8.0对曲伐沙星抗阴性杆菌的MIC值无影响。对金黄色葡萄球菌 ,MIC值在所测定的pH值范围内(pH5.0~8.5)均无影响。培养基中人血清蛋白含量对曲伐沙星的体外抗菌作用有一定影响。
Twelve antimicrobials such as trovafloxacin and so on were used to observe the antibacterial effect in vitro in 1,045 clinically isolated pathogens using in vitro antibacterial test, bactericidal test, bactericidal curve and influencing factors on MIC assay. The results showed that: Its anti-Gram-negative bacilli effect and ciprofloxacin or ofloxacin quite, the role of Gram-positive cocci was significantly better than the other quinolone antibiotics and β-lactam antibiotics, anaerobic bacteria are also obvious Superior to ciprofloxacin, sparfloxacin and anti-anaerobic antibiotics cefoxitin and clindamycin. Trovafloxacin has a strong bactericidal effect, in particular, the bactericidal effect of Staphylococcus aureus was significantly better than the three fluoroquinolones antibacterials. Bacterial inoculum 104 ~ 107 CFU · ml-1 had no significant effect on MIC value of trovafloxacin. The pH value of medium at pH 6.0 ~ 8.0 had no effect on the MIC value of trovafloxacin-resistant negative bacilli. For Staphylococcus aureus, the MIC value had no effect on the measured pH range (pH5.0 ~ 8.5). Human serum albumin in culture medium has an impact on in vitro antibacterial activity of trovafloxacin.
