权利公平、机会公平、规则公平是起始性的条件平等,党的十八大提出建立“三大公平”为主要内容的社会公平保障体系,为青年获得实现自身社会化的条件平等提供保障。当前,青年在发展过程中还存在许多不平等的现象,本文结合十八大报告提出的“三大公平”原则,通过分析公平的实质和实现途径,提出保障当今青年公平发展的对策。 The fairness of rights, fairness of opportunity and fairness of the rules are the starting conditions for equality.
