今冬明春,建议各级防汛指挥部在总结今年防汛工作,安排好修复水毁工程的同时,作好以下工作:一、加强防汛工作正规化、规范化建设。在我国,为国民经济各部门和全社会提供防洪保障,作好防汛工作,是一个重要问题,也是一个长期任务。总结多年经验,要认真纠正“汛期临时抓,汛后没人管”的现象,把工作做在前面,以保持工作的连续性。今后,防汛工作要长年抓,每年都要从汛后抓起,和其他冬春水利工作一并部署安 This winter and next spring, it is suggested that flood control headquarters at all levels should sum up the flood control work for this year and make arrangements for the repair of water damage projects.
