通过比较国际金融危机向中国和拉美国家的传导机制,阐述了中拉合作的三大机遇,即外在压力促使两者转变经济发展模式、改善国际收支失衡;大宗商品价格回落为中国的股权投资和资源储备提供时机;中拉在重建国际金融体系和金融合作方面共识强烈。在此基础上,本文着重分析了中国参与美洲开发银行业务、双边货币互换、“贷款换石油”、增资双边投资基金4种合作模式,并对前景作出了展望。
By comparing the transmission mechanism of the international financial crisis to China and Latin American countries, the three major opportunities for cooperation between China and Latin America are expounded, that is, the external pressure has prompted both to change their economic development mode and improve the imbalance in the international payments. Commodity prices have dropped back into China’s equity Investment and resource reserve; China and Latin America have a strong consensus on rebuilding the international financial system and financial cooperation. On this basis, the paper analyzes four types of cooperation modes: China’s participation in the Inter-American Development Bank business, bilateral currency swap, loan for oil, and capital increase bilateral investment funds, and prospects for the future are also forecasted.
