取临床心肌缺血病例67例,予抗氧化剂治疗3个月;并于治疗前后检测其血浆超氧化歧化酶和丙二醛的浓度;超声心动图测定射血分数、快速充盈分值和左室后壁在厚度;心电图观察缺血型ST段的变化情况,旨在研究氧自由基与心肌缺血的关系和抗氧化剂对缺血心肌的保护作用。结果表明:超氧化歧化酶浓度在心肌缺血的症状期降低,无症状期复升,并与射血分数和快速充盈分值的变化一致;丙二醛则无显著性改变,推测与其检测方法有关;临床表现有的抗氧化剂能消除症状,但不能使缺血性ST段和增厚的心室壁有明显的改观,推测其不具有阻断氧自由基生成的特异性抗氧化功能。
Sixty-seven patients with clinical myocardial ischemia were treated with anti-oxidant for 3 months.
