本实验观察了活血化瘀药物(丹参、赤芍、川芎、莪术组成)水提液对盐酸乙醇致急性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用,结果显示活血化瘀方5.4g/kg、10.8g/kg、21.6g/kg对损伤模型具有很好的保护作用,并呈明显的量效关系;预先灌胃10.8g/kg能显著抑制盐酸乙醇引起的大鼠血浆过氧化脂质含量升高,对红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性降低有抑制趋势。
This experiment observed the protective effect of water extracts of blood circulation and stasis drugs (composed of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Curcumae) on acute gastric mucosal injury induced by hydrochloric acid ethanol, and the results showed that Activating Blood Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis 5.4g/kg, 10.8g/ Both kg and 21.6 g/kg had a good protective effect on the injury model, and showed a significant dose-effect relationship. Pre-gastric administration of 10.8 g/kg could significantly inhibit the increase of plasma lipid peroxidation induced by ethanol in rats. There is a tendency to inhibit the decrease in the activity of red blood cell superoxide dismutase.
