为了探讨磷肥生产工人,受氟对人体骨胳之影响,提供磷肥生产工人氟中毒的依据,我们于1983年对永和磷肥厂的磷肥工人进行了X线摄片检查等,现将结果报告如下。 对象与方法 一、对象 对从事磷肥生产者173人中选择64名生产工人作为观察组,工龄在0.6~19年,平均16.14年;选择与磷肥生产工人相近似的24名非生产人员作为对照组;两组人员均为男性。 二、检查部位 骨盆采用前后位片(上包括4、5腰椎,下包括耻骨联合),小腿正侧位片(包括膝关节、髌骨),前臂正位片(包括腕关节、肘关节)。骨盆、小腿用12~〃×15~〃的日本富士牌和国产胶片,前臂用11~〃×14~〃的国产胶片。
