[目的]了解社区居民糖尿病高危人群的基本情况及其对糖尿病知识知晓、与糖尿病相关行为情况,为促进高危人群形成健康行为提供依据。[方法]2007年11月至2008年12月,对在青岛市市南区社区居民中筛查出的7 747名糖尿病高危人群进行调查。[结果]查出的7 747名糖尿病高危人群中,已患糖尿病者占13.70%,血糖升高者占38.80%,有糖尿病家族史的占18.70%。调查对象糖尿病知识得分为A组的占88.67%,这一比例男性与女性分别为89.39%、87.99%(P>0.05),在不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同经济水平者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),吸烟与不吸烟者分别为85.01%、89.13%(P<0.01),血糖正常者与血糖升高者分别为92.10%、83.25%(P<0.01),运动时间较长者与较短者分别为89.22%、87.20%(P<0.05)。[结论]青岛市市南区糖尿病患病率较高,社区居民糖尿病知识知晓率有待进一步提高。
[Objective] To understand the basic situation of community-based high-risk population of diabetes and its knowledge of diabetes, and diabetes-related behavior, in order to promote the formation of high-risk population health behavior provide the basis. [Method] From November 2007 to December 2008, 7 747 diabetic high-risk population screened out among community residents in Shinan District of Qingdao City were investigated. [Results] Among the 7 747 diabetic high risk population, 13.70% had diabetes, 38.80% had hyperglycemia, and 18.70% had family history of diabetes. The diabetes knowledge score of the surveyed subjects was 88.67% in group A, accounting for 89.39% and 87.99%, respectively, for men and women (P> 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in people with different ages, degrees of education and economic level (P0.01 or P0.05), smoking and non-smokers were 85.01% and 89.13% respectively (P0.01), and those with normal blood glucose and hyperglycemia were 92.10% and 83.25% respectively (P0.01) , And those who exercised longer and shorter were 89.22% and 87.20% respectively (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The prevalence of diabetes in Shinan District of Qingdao City is high, and the awareness rate of community residents’ diabetes knowledge needs to be further improved.
