目的 :探讨醒脑静注射液 (XNJI)对脑缺血 -再灌注损伤 (CIRI)家兔丙二醛 (MDA)浓度、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的影响。方法 :采用“四动脉闭塞法”制备家兔CIRI模型 ,随机分为假手术对照组 (A组 )、脑缺血 -再灌注组 (B组 )和脑缺血 -再灌注加XNJI治疗组 (C组 ) ,分别在脑缺血前、缺血 3 0min、再灌注 3 0、60、12 0min不同时相点 ,检测血浆及脑组织MDA浓度、SOD活性。结果 :脑缺血 -再灌注期间 ,血浆和脑组织SOD活性明显下降 (血浆 :3 3 2 .4± 3 7.9KU/L、2 94.0± 3 3 .8KU/L、2 48.8± 40 .9KU/L、2 0 0 .7± 3 0 .6KU/L、177.9± 3 5 .3KU/L ,P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1;脑组织 :411.9± 2 5 .0KU/ g ,P <0 .0 1) ,MDA浓度显著升高 (血浆 :6.1± 0 .8μmol/L、7.0± 0 .9μmol/L、7.7± 0 .7μmol/L、8.5±0 .6μmol/L、9.0± 0 .6μmol/L ,P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1;脑组织 :5 .0± 0 .6μmol/L ,P <0 .0 1) ;使用XNJI后 ,上述各指标的异常变化明显减轻 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。结论 :XNJI可降低氧自由基水平 (增强SOD活性、降低MDA浓度 )而抗CIRI。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Xingnaojing Injection (XNJI) on malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CIRI) rabbits. METHODS: Rabbit CIRI models were prepared using the “four-artery occlusion method” and were randomly divided into sham-operated control group (group A), cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group (group B) and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion plus XNJI treatment group ( In group C), MDA concentration and SOD activity in plasma and brain tissue were measured at different time points before cerebral ischemia, 30 minutes of ischemia, and 30, 60, and 120 minutes of reperfusion. RESULTS: During cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, SOD activity was significantly decreased in plasma and brain tissues (plasma: 3 3 2 .4± 3 7.9 KU/L, 2 94.0± 3 3 .8 KU/L, 248.8± 40. 9 KU/L). L,2 0 0 .7± 3 0 .6KU/L, 177.9± 3 5 .3KU/L, P <0 .0 5 and P <0 .0 1 ; Brain tissue: 411.9± 2 5 .0KU/ g , P <0.01), MDA concentration increased significantly (Plasma: 6.1 ± 0.8 μmol/L, 7.0 ± 0.009 μmol/L, 7.7 ± 0.7 μmol/L, 8.5 ± 0.6 μmol/L, 9.0 ± 0. 6μmol/L, P <0.05 and P <0.01; brain tissue: 5.0 ± 0.6μmol/L, P <0.01; abnormalities of the above indexes after using XNJI The change was significantly reduced and there was a significant difference compared with the control group (P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion : XNJI can reduce the level of oxygen free radicals (enhance SOD activity, decrease MDA concentration) and resist CIRI.
