Reported 48 cases of non-small cell lung cancer (I, II) postoperative survival. There were 27 males and 21 females. Age 42 to 76 years old, average 62.5 years old. The 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival rates of the untransfused group and the transfusion group were 82.4%, 58.8%, 47.1%, and 85.7%, 42.9%, and 38.1%, respectively. Significant differences. The 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival rates of stage I and II patients were 90.5%, 61.9%, 52.4%, and 74.1%, 40.7%, and 29.6%, respectively, with significant differences. No significant difference was found in the survival rate between patients with and without blood transfusion in lung cancer patients. However, the impact of blood transfusion on survival cannot be ignored. It is necessary to conduct investigations on a large scale and follow them carefully.
