用组合钢模板支设墙模板时,都要根据混凝土对模板的侧压力设计穿墙螺栓,螺栓一般用元钢制作,并设有套管,安装穿墙螺栓时,必须在模板上钻孔,周而复始,钢模使用未达到规定周转次数就报废,给国家、给企业造成了很大的浪费。鉴于上述情况,我们在工程中采用铁皮拉条(图一)代替穿墙螺栓,效果很好。在墙板支模时,基础面先用水泥砂浆找平,一般为2~3厘米。在找平层中按设计规定沿墙厚方向放置铁皮拉条(拉条用0.75毫米厚黑铁皮制作),拉条横竖距离一般为400~600毫米,拉条两端嵌在模板缝内,孔与钢模板孔对齐,用 U型卡卡紧在板肋上,并
When using the composite steel formwork to support the wall formwork, the wall-penetration bolts shall be designed according to the lateral pressure of the concrete to the formwork. The bolts are generally made of Yuansteel and provided with a casing. When installing the throughwall bolts, a hole must be drilled on the formwork. Repeatedly, the use of steel molds that failed to meet the required number of turnovers was scrapped, causing great waste to the country and the enterprises. In view of the above situation, we used the iron strip (Figure 1) instead of the wall bolt in the project, which worked well. When the wallboard is moulded, the foundation surface is first leveled with a cement mortar, typically 2 to 3 centimeters.
