目的：探讨老年下呼吸道感染的相关因素。方法：分析93例老年下呼吸道感染病例的临床资料。结果：经过治疗好转79例，转院6例，死亡8例。结论：年龄、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤、营养不良和并发感染等为老年下呼吸道感染主要影响因素。
