变革型领导理论的研究是近30年来西方领导理论研究的热点。迄今为止,学界对变革型领导理论的基础概念、维度、测量量表的研究取得较完善的成果,但就其相关作用机制及它对组织的实际影响效果,目前还处在进一步探索中。本文在回顾近几年来国内外关于变革型领导理论的研究文献基础上,分别对变革型领导理论的内涵、维度、测量以及主要中介变量进行系统地归纳,最后提出变革型领导理论研究的不足与未来研究的展望。
The study of transformational leadership theory is the hotspot of western leadership theory research in the past 30 years. Up to now, the academic circles have made more complete achievements in the study of the basic concepts, dimensions and measurement scales of transformational leadership theory. However, its relevant mechanism of action and its actual effect on the organization are still under further exploration. On the basis of reviewing the research literature on transformational leadership at home and abroad in recent years, this paper summarizes the connotation, dimensions, measurement and major intermediary variables of transformational leadership theory systematically, and finally puts forward the insufficiency of the research on transformational leadership theory Future research prospects.
