糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,随着病程的延长,发病率逐渐增高,可累及到全身神经系统的任何部位,主要在中枢神经系统及周围神经系统,影响患者的生活质量[1-2]。本研究旨在通过观察红光红外治疗仪治疗DPN患者前后,患者自主临床症状的变化,探讨红光红外治疗仪对DPN患者临床症状的具体治疗作用,从而提高DPN患者的生活质量。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. With the prolongation of the disease, the incidence of DPN gradually increases and can be involved in any part of the systemic nervous system, mainly in the central nervous system and peripheral nerves System, affecting the quality of life of patients [1-2]. The purpose of this study is to observe the changes of autonomic symptoms in patients with DPN before and after the treatment of DPN by using the red infrared therapeutic apparatus and to explore the specific therapeutic effect of the red infrared therapeutic apparatus on the clinical symptoms of DPN patients so as to improve the quality of life of DPN patients.
