采用自我和谐量表、症状自评量表及大五人格量表,选取301名大学生进行问卷调查,探究“90后”大学生心理健康状况及其与人格的关系。结果表明:(1)在自我和谐三个维度上,自我的刻板性维度得分最低,自我的灵活性维度得分最高;(2)症状自评中,强迫症状维度得分最高,恐怖维度得分最低;(3)在人格的五个维度上,开放性维度得分最高,宜人性维度得分最低;(4)在自我与经验的不和谐维度上,来自城市、农村及乡镇的“90后”大学生存在显著差异;在自我和谐总分和宜人性人格维度上,父母间关系非常亲密融洽和父母间关系紧张疏远的“90后”大学生存在显著差异。(5)自我与经验的不和谐与人格的外倾性、开放性、神经质及宜人性呈显著负相关,与责任感呈显著正相关;自我的灵活性与人格的外倾性、开放性、神经质及宜人性呈显著正相关;自我的刻板性与人格的开放性呈显著负相关,与责任感和宜人性呈显著正相关;症状自评量表中的各项因子均与人格的外倾性、开放性及神经质呈显著负相关,与责任感呈显著正相关。
