目的探讨贵州省汉族中小学生常见疾病的现状。方法按统一的标准对贵州省12907名汉族(6-22岁组)中小学生进行常见病检测(因肥胖按“2004年WGOC中国标准”评价,只有7-18岁标准,故营养不良、肥胖、视力低下取7-18岁范围进行评价,共计10 812名),并对结果进行统计学处理。结果贵州省汉族中小学生营养不良率为23.33%,肥胖率为3.50%,视力低下率为49.03%,龋患(乳牙患率为30.74%、恒牙龋患率为14.54%),贫血检出率为7.75%,蛔虫感染率为6.13%。结论贵州省汉族中小学生的常见病不容忽视,仍需加强卫生知识宣传。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of common diseases among primary and secondary school students in Han nationality in Guizhou Province. Methods A total of 12 907 Han (6-22 years old) primary and middle school students in Guizhou Province were tested for common diseases according to a uniform standard (due to obesity, the “WGOC China 2004 Standard”, only 7-18 years old, so malnutrition, Obesity, low vision were evaluated in the range of 7-18 years, a total of 10 812), and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Malnutrition rate was 23.33%, obesity rate was 3.50%, vision loss rate was 49.03%, dental caries (30.74% for deciduous teeth, 14.54% for permanent teeth), and the rate of anemia was 7.75 %, Ascaris infection rate was 6.13%. Conclusion The prevalence of Han primary and secondary school students in Guizhou Province should not be neglected. Public health awareness still needs to be strengthened.
