利用已报道的 8种不同的甘薯茎尖培养基 ,对 6个甘薯栽培品种的茎尖分生组织进行培养。结果表明 ,不同甘薯品种茎尖培养成苗率差异较大。 6 BA 1 .0mg/L +NAA 0 .2 4mg/L+MS为相对广谱的培养基。 6个品种培养的平均成苗率达 65 .4%。金山 1 2 5 5、金山 5 7、湘75 5 5较易培养 ,其平均成苗率达 68.2 %。而新种花、夏引一号平均成苗率较低 ,说明甘薯茎尖培养基具有基因型选择性
The shoot apical meristems of six sweet potato cultivars were cultured using the reported eight different sweetpotato shoot tips. The results showed that different sweet potato varieties shoot tip culture seedling rate difference. 6 BA 1 .0 mg / L + NAA 0 .2 4 mg / L + MS is a relatively broad-spectrum medium. The average seedling rate of 6 cultivars reached 65.4%. Jinshan 1 2 5 5, Jinshan 5 7, Xiang 75 5 5 easier to cultivate, the average seedling rate of 68.2%. The new species of flowers, Xia-an average seedling rate is low, indicating sweet potato shoot tip medium with genotype selectivity
