2011~2013年在北京怀柔宝山寺地区通过野外接菌后定点定株系统调查,探索三裂叶豚草锈病的流行规律,评价苍耳柄锈菌三裂叶豚草专化型对三裂叶豚草的控制效果。结果表明:苍耳柄锈菌三裂叶豚草专化型在北京怀柔宝山寺地区能完成周年侵染循环:6月初三裂叶豚草开始有感染锈病症状,7月中、下旬几乎全部三裂叶豚草植株感病,且开始有整株死亡。苍耳柄锈菌三裂叶豚草专化型对三裂叶豚草有较好的控制效果:该菌抑制三裂叶豚草植株生长,减少种子数量,减轻种子重量,9月末30%左右的感病三裂叶豚草植株死亡,死亡植株不能产生种子。
