目的调查临沂市河东区1995—2007年居民死因状况,为预防和治疗疾病提供依据。方法采用分层整体随机抽样方法,回顾性调查研究1995—2007年间居民死因资料。结果河东区居民年平均死亡率为613.84/10万,标化死亡率为462.33/10万。主要死因顺位以循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病和损伤与中毒等疾病为主,其构成占全死因的71.88%。结论根据调查结果要有针对性地加强河东区的慢性非传染性疾病的防治工作。
Objective To investigate the cause of death among residents in Hedong District of Linyi City from 1995 to 2007, and provide basis for prevention and treatment of disease. Methods Totally stratified random sampling method was used to retrospectively study the data of death causes of residents during 1995-2007. Results The annual average death rate of residents in Hedong District was 613.84 / 100,000 and the standardized death rate was 462.33 / 100,000. The major cause of death was circulatory system diseases, tumors, respiratory diseases and injuries and poisoning, which accounted for 71.88% of all causes of death. Conclusions According to the results of the investigation, we should strengthen the prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases in Hedong District in a targeted manner.
