局部纤维增强水泥是指针对结构不同的受力持点,使用各种纤维对结构进行局部的重点增强,既能充分发挥纤维增强水泥的优点,又通常不会过分增加造价,甚至有时可以节约造价,国外对局部纤维增强水泥进行了许多试验和实际应用。 图1为国立全苏钢筋混凝土构件和非金属材料科学研究院进行局部纤维增强混凝土梁试验所用的试件。O组试件为普通预应力钢筋混凝土梁,Ⅱ组试件为局部钢纤维增强的预应力钢筋混凝土梁。两组试件的截面尺寸、配筋、混凝土标号和制作养护条件等均相同,唯一不同的仅仅是O组试件在支座附近区段配置有箍筋承担剪力,Ⅱ组试件则将该区段箍筋代之以钢纤维混凝土。钢纤维的用钢量与箍筋的用钢量完全相同。试验结果表明,在构件的承载能力按斜截面确定的条件下,支座附近梁段用纤维
Local fiber-reinforced cement is a bearing on different structural forces. The use of various fibers to locally strengthen the structure can not only give full play to the advantages of fiber-reinforced cement, but also generally does not increase the cost too much, and sometimes even saves the cost. There have been many experiments and practical applications of local fiber reinforced cement abroad. Figure 1 shows the test pieces used for the local fiber-reinforced concrete beam test conducted by the National All-Shu Reinforced Concrete Member and Non-Metallic Materials Science Research Institute. The O group specimens are ordinary prestressed reinforced concrete beams, and the II group specimens are partially steel fiber reinforced prestressed reinforced concrete beams. The cross-section dimensions, reinforcements, concrete markings, and production and curing conditions of the two sets of test pieces are the same. The only difference is that the O sets of test pieces are equipped with stirrups in the vicinity of the bearings to bear the shear force, and the second set of test pieces will be The section stirrups are replaced with steel fiber reinforced concrete. The amount of steel used for steel fibers is exactly the same as the amount of steel used for stirrups. The test results show that under the condition that the load-carrying capacity of the component is determined by the oblique cross-section, the fiber for the beam section near the bearing is used.
