The authors selected 13 patients with bladder cancer who underwent curative radical cystectomy. Radioactive tracers and blue dye markers were injected into the intravesical tumor, and lymphatic drainage and sentinel lymph node dissection were observed by lymphatic flash imaging 1 h later. Sentinel lymph nodes were confirmed by blue staining and radioactive increase before resection of the bladder during operation.
