目的评价育龄妇女放置宫内节育器(IUD)前后性功能变化的情况。方法采用简明女性性功能量表(BISF-W)、对175名拟采用IUD避孕的育龄妇女在置环前及术后6个月进行测查。结果育龄妇女放置IUD后6个月其性功能满意度得分高于置环前,且差异有统计学意义;高中及以上学历、城市育龄妇女性生活满意度置环后6个月与置环前的差值高于初中及以下学历层次及农村育龄妇女,且差异有统计学意义。结论 IUD避孕方法助于提高性生活满意度。
Objective To evaluate the changes of sexual function in women of childbearing age before and after IUD placement. Methods A total of 175 women of childbearing age who were enrolled in IUD contraception were enrolled before and 6 months after the procedure using the Concise Female Sexual Function Scale (BISF-W). Results The sexual function satisfaction scores of women of childbearing age at 6 months after IUD placement were higher than those before ring ringing, and the difference was statistically significant. High school education and above, sex life satisfaction of urban women of childbearing age 6 months after ring setting The difference is higher than junior high school and below educational level and rural women of childbearing age, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion IUD contraception helps to improve sexual life satisfaction.
