一、前言明矾石含有鉀、硫、鋁三項重要化学成分,是化肥工业和鋁工业的新原料。綜合利用明矾石这一新型原料,对于加速发展我国的肥料工业和鋁工业,具有很現实的意义。我国明矾石矿分布很广,儲量丰富,向在世界上著称。但是迄今为止,仅有少量矿石被用来制造明矾,且在制造过程中,有价成分損失很大,很不經济。因此如何合理地綜合利用我国这一持有的巨大矿产資源,将是一項很重要的課題。明矾石的化学分子式为:K_2SO_4·Al_2(SO_4)_3·4Al(OH)_3,但往往有一部分鉀为鈉所代替,因而含鉀量总低于理論数值。純明矾石的化学成分如下
I. Introduction Alunite contains three important chemical components of potassium, sulfur and aluminum and is a new raw material for fertilizer industry and aluminum industry. The comprehensive utilization of alunite, a new raw material, has very realistic significance for accelerating the development of China’s fertilizer industry and aluminum industry. Alunite mine is widely distributed in our country, rich reserves, known in the world. However, to date, only a small amount of ore has been used to make alum, and in the manufacturing process, the valuable components are very expensive and uneconomical. Therefore, it will be a very important issue how to make reasonable use of the enormous mineral resources held by our country. Alunite chemical formula is: K_2SO_4 · Al_2 (SO_4) _3 · 4Al (OH) _3, but often a portion of potassium is replaced by sodium, so the total amount of potassium is lower than the theoretical value.
