中国的信托公司最早出现于改革开放初期.历经5次清理整顿的曲折发展过程.于2002年进入目前的新的发展阶段。自2002年特别是2007年以来.信托业整体保持了高速发展的势头.信托业务规模急剧扩大.盈利能力持续保持较高水平。过去5年.信托资产规模从2007年的1.2万亿元增至2011年年末的4.8万亿元,2012年6月底进一步增至5.5万亿元.年增速超过30%(见图)。
China’s trust company first appeared in the initial stage of reform and opening up and after five rectification and consolidation steps, it entered a new stage of development in 2002. Since 2002, especially since 2007, the trust industry as a whole has maintained a momentum of rapid development, with the scale of the trust business expanding rapidly and the profitability maintained at a relatively high level. In the past five years, the size of trust assets increased from 1.2 trillion yuan in 2007 to 4.8 trillion yuan by the end of 2011 and increased to 5.5 trillion yuan by the end of June 2012. The annual growth rate has exceeded 30% (see chart).
