一、异案同磨提出的背景异案同磨的集备模式是我校提出主要针对于我校以往的学科教研中,常常是一个人讲,其他人听,一名教师做记录这种方式,教研的形式过于被动,很多教师不能通过活动将学到的教育理念纳入自己的认知结构,也不能自如地运用到日常教学上,以至失去对集体教研的本来意义。对此,我们音乐教研组也进行了认真的分析并发现以下问题:1.乱——研究中的问题比较凌乱,不够精练。
