目的为探讨大学新生学校适应能力与心理健康的关系。方法采用大学新生学校适应自评量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对422名大学新生进行测试。结果大学新生人际交往适应较好,生活适应能力较差;学校适应量表总分及各维度得分与SCL-90总分和因子分呈显著负相关;多元线性回归分析表明,情绪适应、交往技巧和同学关系是影响大学新生心理健康的3个最重要的因素。结论大学新生学校适应能力与心理健康状况有密切联系。
Objective To explore the relationship between college freshmen adaptability and mental health. Methods A total of 422 college freshmen were tested by using the freshmen adaptability scale and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results Freshmen’s interpersonal communication was better adapted and their life adaptability was worse. There was a significant negative correlation between SCL-90 score and SCL-90 total score and factor score. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that emotion adaption and communication skills Relationship with classmates is the three most important factors that influence the psychological health of college freshmen. Conclusion The freshmen’s adaptability to school and mental health are closely related.
