笔者于2004年走上校长岗位,到现在已经整整12年了。从中师毕业后成为一名教师,到后来当校长,在这二十多年中,我边实践、边思考,坚持研究与写作,不仅提高了自身的专业能力,缓解了职业倦怠,不断改进自己的教育教学和学校管理工作,而且实现了自身专业成长与学校发展的双赢。如今,看到自己的一篇篇文章发表在各种期刊上,看到自己每年都有科研论文获得各级奖励时,我感到由衷的喜悦。我感觉,我的工作进入了一种研究状态,我爱上了做研究。回顾自己的研究和写作之路,我有一些朴素的感悟与体会。
