以中部地区的湖北省黄梅县大胜关山工业园为例,通过对园区的四大产业即农产品深加工、纺织服装、机械电子、新型建材的发展现状进行分析,用SWOT分析法对园区产业集群发展面临的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁进行探究,提出推进园区产业集群发展、打造成熟产业链的策略和措施。
Taking the Dasheng Guanshan Industrial Park in Huangmei County, Hubei Province as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of the development of the four major industries in the park, namely the deep processing of agricultural products, textile and clothing, machinery electronics and new building materials, and analyzes the development of industrial clusters in the park by SWOT analysis Facing the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats to explore, put forward to promote the development of industrial clusters in the park, to create a mature industrial chain strategies and measures.
