基于概率的设计值法是国际标准中提出的新的结构可靠度设计方法,相对于目前的分项系数法,它具有更好的灵活性和通用性,代表了可靠度设计方法发展的方向,但其关键的、决定可靠度控制精度的标准灵敏度系数的数值主要是依据经验而给出的,导致设计结果过于保守。根据基本变量设计值的理论表达式,利用解析方法分析和确定最优灵敏度系数和可靠度控制方式,针对安全性和适用性设计要求提出统一的标准灵敏度系数的建议值,明显提高了可靠度控制的精度,并可明确给出可靠指标相对误差的范围,为建立实用的基于概率的设计值法奠定了基础。
The design method based on probability is a new design method of structural reliability proposed in international standards. Compared with the current sub-coefficient method, it has better flexibility and versatility, and represents the development direction of reliability design method. However, the critical value of the standard sensitivity coefficient that determines the accuracy of reliability control is mainly based on experience, resulting in a too conservative design result. According to the theoretical expression of the basic variable design value, the analytical method is used to analyze and determine the optimal sensitivity coefficient and the reliability control method. Based on the design requirements of safety and suitability, a unified standard sensitivity coefficient is proposed, which obviously improves the reliability control The accuracy of this method can give a clear indication of the relative error of the reliability index and lay a foundation for establishing a practical probabilistic design method.
