网络信息时代的到来,给教育发展带来了无限机遇和挑战,如何依托网络教研,促进教师专业成长,是当前教育工作者关注的重点。以笔者所在学校为例,学校是一所普通的农村中心小学,校园网实现全覆盖,拥有计算机200多台,其中教师办公电脑120多台,基本能满足教育教学需要:同时,教师家庭电脑普及率达99%以上……可以说,网络已经融入到农村教师生活的方方面面。一、教育博客,教师专业成长的家园博客的兴起,最初让教师们感到陌生和茫然,而连云港教育博客的建立,让每位教师认识了博客,熟知了博客,它给教师成长指明了方向,明确了目标。为了激励教师开博客,写博文,学校出台了一系列制度和奖惩条例,反复召开教师会,耐心做教师的思想工作,教科室领导、语文教研组长也都率先开通博客。最终,教师们搭建起了自己的博客,似蹒跚学步的婴儿,迈出了可喜的第一步。
