试验证明,适量的硼素能促进油菜的生长发育,提高座花率,有一定的增产效果。硼肥用量低,增产不明显,用量高造成减产,严重的则引起硼素中毒症。近年来,我们通过电子显微镜观察不同施硼量对油菜叶肉细胞的变化影响,以探讨有利于油菜增产的最佳浓度。一、材料与方法样品取自盆栽油菜,供试品种为甘蓝型油菜81-23,供试土壤为沟干泥,基肥和追肥都用试剂级硫酸铵、磷酸二氢钙、硫酸钾,整个生育过程全部用无离子水灌溉。设五个处理:对照(喷无离子水)0.05%、0.1%、0.5%、1.0%硼砂水溶液作根外追肥。六次重复。第一次喷施硼肥后三天,取整株油菜,先用无离子水洗净,再将喷施不同浓度
