层间处治技术的好坏关乎沥青路面的使用寿命,为进一步了解不同层间处治方式的技术性能,通过对5种层间处治方式的水稳定性、温度稳定性、疲劳性能、经济性等进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:稀浆封层的防水性能稍优于SBS改性沥青同步碎石封层和橡胶沥青同步碎石封层,但都比粘层油和凸石基层的防水性能好;层间抗剪性能和抗拉拔性能是成正相关关系的,随着温度的升高,各种层间处治方式的抗拉拔性能有所减小;层间粘结状态对路面结构疲劳寿命影响甚大,其中凸石基层和SBS改性沥青的组合处治剪切疲劳寿命最好;实际工程中处治方式的选用要考虑投资状况、使用性能以及后期养护等因素。实验结论对工程实践具有较好的指导意义,并且给今后的理论研究提供一定的参考。
