研制一套大型深部矿井建设模型试验系统,该系统主要由反力架、液压加载系统、测控系统、数据采集系统等组成。反力架采用回字形主框架、可移动式门式反力架和后支撑架,可实现模型厚度的调整,既可进行平面模型试验又可进行三维模型试验。液压加载系统包括垂直(上、下)作动器、水平(左、右)作动器、后作动器,可实现5个方向的主动加载,同时设有恒定荷载保持系统。测控系统通过由计算机–EDC220全数字控制器–传感元件–执行元件组成的全数字闭环控制系统,可实现对载荷的精确实时控制。数据采集系统包括静态和超动态应变采集仪,可进行巷道机械开挖和爆破开挖模拟试验过程中信息的采集。通过采用石膏砌块的模型试验,可有效模拟深部巷道的变形和破坏现象。

The data acquisition system includes static and ultra-dynamic strain gages, which can collect the information during road tunnel excavation and blasting excavation simulation test. Through the use of gypsum block model tests, can effectively simulate the deformation and destruction of deep roadway phenomenon.
