11月29日上午,中共红河州委党校搬迁新建工程在新校址举行奠基仪式,州委书记罗崇敏、州委副书记、州政府代州长杨福生、州委副书记州党校校长张笑春、州党校党委书记常务副校长张俊,有关州级领导出席了奠基仪式,州级各有关部门领导、全州各县市委书记县市长、县市委党校常务副校长及州党校全体教职工参加了奠基仪式。
